Classes For All Fitness Levels

We believe that fitness and well-being should be open to EVERYONE. Our gym is non-judgmental and welcoming to all fitness levels and abilities.

Below is a list of the classes we run:

Hyrox

Founded in 2017, Hyrox is a global fitness race that aims to provide a new challenge for gym enthusiasts. The race combines functional strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and endurance training, allowing it to test well-rounded fitness in a way that hasn't previously been done. Fun, inclusive and full of energy, this class can be scaled for all fitness levels - Low to Medium Intensity Class.

Metafit / MetaPWR

Sticking to fundamental training principles, enjoy a power circuit class using functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism. Delivered in a controlled environment and is a great introduction to fitness classes at PF10 - Low to Medium Intensity Class.

F.I.T Camp

This is military fitness with no holds barred – hardcore circuits with a tongue-lashing, pushing you over the finish line. The class is open to all ranks, but don’t expect to stand at ease. Push, pull, lift, crawl; it’s all about survival. IN TIME WITH ME!!!! Don't forget to SMILE! - High Intensity Class.

BOXRapid

Conditioning is King with this Boxing based HIIT workout. Whether you’re cranking training up a few notches in prep for a fight or just like workouts a bit tougher than most, try a Boxing circuit that would make even Rocky cry. BYO small towel - High Intensity Class.

Escalate

Functional, HIIT, circuits, sprints, sound good? Our progressive class pushes you through every test of strength and stamina until you drop. This is not for the faint hearted and will leave you gasping for air. If you are looking for a class that will leave you knackered, aching and hilariously sweaty, you’ve hit the jackpot. Move from station to station as the intensity kicks up a gear each round. You will wonder how things escalated so quickly -High Intensity Class.

BAR-Beast

Clean it, press it, snatch it – We are pushing Explosive Strength and Power with this blood pumping Olympic/Power style of weight training. Technique and skill are a fundamental element of this class. Brace yourself for a real gain in strength - Low to Medium Intensity Class.

Battle-Bells

Take your position and grab your weapons; we are going into battle. You will be moving Dumbbell's, Sandbell’s and Kettlebells at pace; We’re talking peak power, epic endurance and hardcore HIIT for aspiring athletes, fitness fanatics and first-timers alike. Get practicing your battle cry. It’s about to go down - High Intensity Class.

Limitless Strength

Building muscle and moving freely is the goal!. By combining bodybuilding and calisthenics, we can have the best of both worlds. We are hitting Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Dips, Bench work, Band Work, Free weights and much much more. Range of movement and functional freedom will be the foundation. Discover the best way to gain functional muscle. - Medium to High Intensity Class.

ROW-WOD

Enjoy a combination of the ultimate full body conditioning exercise on a rowing machine with fast paced bodyweight circuits. If you want something completely different from the norm, ROW-WOD has your name on it. - Medium to High Intensity Class.

I’m nervous about joining a gym?

Fear not, you will be made to feel welcome from the second you enter the building. We aim to support all of our clients and ensure your experience is positive, always!! Our staff Code of Conduct can be found on our Facebook page and the website.

Are your classes suitable for my fitness level?

Our classes are colour coded on the website timetable denoting whether the class is low/medium intensity or high intensity. However, all our classes are just about enjoying yourself and trying your hardest. Our staff will put you at ease and talk you through each class; go with it and smile; you will love it!

What is the minimum age to ‘join’ the gym?

Anyone over 16 can have a full membership of the gym with no restrictions.
New joiners aged 16 or 17 must attend a compulsory gym induction before they can take part in any activity within the gym. This is due to member safety and insurance purposes.
Anyone under 16 years old cannot join unfortunately.

Are you COVID safe?

We are following the Government advice and have additional measures in place to keep you safe. This includes limiting numbers in the gym at any one time, social distancing and additional cleaning. We regularly 'deep clean' the gym and keep everything disinfected. Please do not enter the gym if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or if feeling unwell. We ask all to regularly wash their hands and sanitise before and after each class. WE CAN TRAIN SAFELY AT PF10.

Do you have vending machines or refreshments?

We have a fridge with an honesty box containing things like protein bars. We have water and a complementary coffee machine too.

Do I have to pay a joining fee or sign a contract?

There is no joining fee for our gym and you can cancel anytime. If you are on the PF10 Flexi 8 pack (8 class pass to be used in 6 weeks) or PF10 Plus (monthly direct debit), it does not matter, you are free to leave us anytime if you wish. We really hope you don't, but at PF10 you're in charge of your own money.

It’s a really simple process. Have a look at our pricing page. Choose a membership and click on Join Now. This will take you to the TeamUp page where you can register and book your classes. Easy!

Alternativley, if you are still unsure about joining you can contact us using the enquire section at the foot of each page. We will be ready to answer any questions you have.

How do I book a class?

You can book using the Team Up App. Once you have signed up you will be ready to go. You can book any class up to 7 days in advance. This will be a rolling 7 day booking system. When you arrive at the Gym you must check in with your phone or on the PF10 Gym tablet to confirm your attendance; otherwise you will be recorded as a miss. Easy as that!

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You are not contractually tied to us. You are free to leave at any time if you wish to do so.

Is Personal Training available at PF10?

Yes, this is available at an affordable additional cost either on a one-to-one or group basis. Get in touch for more details.

Will you have an 'Open Gym' or 'Hall Hire'?

We are able to provide both depending on demand and availability. Please get in touch and we will be delighted to talk to you. We are here to listen and make things happen for you where possible.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Of course! We will advertise 'Open Days' where you can bring a friend to look around or take part in a class. As long as you are a paying member you will be able to bring a friend for a small fee/day pass. Contact us for more details.
